Piggery Manager

Qualifications:

• Have at least 5 years of experience working as a manager/supervisor on a large farm (minimum 1,500 sows), including staff training, budgeting, planning, maintenance, and hands-on work in breeding, farrowing, nursery, and growing-finishing operations
• Hold one of the following bachelor’s degrees: Agriculture, Animal Science, Animal Husbandry or Veterinary Medicine
• Knowledge of animal health, nutrition, and biosecurity practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Have good English communication skills (verbal and written) Hold a valid driver’s license (able to drive 4-wheeled vehicles)
