PROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• With or without GCC experience with Industrial catering Company.
• Exposure in Independently managed multiple catering projects with more than thousands man-days.
• ADNOC/PDO/ARAMCO Experience is most preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manages multi-service Operations in a manner that customer satisfaction, good company image, high staff morale and budgeted profit margins are achieved, in line with the contractual obligations, strategic and operating plans, procedures and forecasts Plans, directs, supervises and Controls operations.
• Develops and maintains good working relationship with client through regular.
• Meets client’s representatives during location visits to develop cordial working relations and understanding.
• Handles every complaint/suggestion from clients with positive attitude, sincerity and promptness.
• Inform and consults superiors for major issues before responding. Keep clients informed about actions through regular feed back.
• Ensures all location activities are carried out in compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management system.
• Monitors food, non food and payroll costs to ensure they meet the target set by the General Manager/Regional Manager.
• Informs the Management about developments leading to new business opportunities.
• Reviews and analyzes operational results and figures on a daily basis for better Controls and forecast. Monitor the operational costs to Ensures they meet the budget set by the management.
