Construction Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in construction supervision, with a focus on coastal projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment as well as relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
