Nurse Assistant (Careworker)

Qualifications:

• Passer of Japanese Foundation Test for Basic Japanese, or Japanese Language Proficiency N4 or above
• Passer of Nursing care Japanese language evaluation test
• Passer of Nursing Care Skills evaluation test
• Ex-trainees or Ex-EPA is welcomed
• Being good at working in teams
• Being diligent, honest, and good mannered

Responsibilities:

• Providing care related to personal care, etc. and help with necessities ( recreation activities, assistance with rehabilitation, etc.)
• Management of notices and other of goods
• Performing other tasks that will improve the patient’s well-being and safety

Requirements:
