Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

• Currently working or with at least 3 years working experience (recent) in the Logistics field
• 30 to 38 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing, Customs Administration
• High quality written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
• Accurate and able to produce quality work
• Dependability & problem solver
• Quality decision making
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Can work under pressure
• Must be a good team player
• Flexible and fast learner
• Can put in extended hours (if needed)
• With excellent computer skills: MS words, excel, power point, etc.
• Work experience in United Parcel Services is an advantage

Requirements:

• Updated resume with job description
• Employment certificate
• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
