Dispatcher

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Controls and manages the movement of the materials Pallets and containers in and out of the terminal or warehouse.
• Daily communication and interaction with drivers.
• Daily communication and interaction with drivers and monitors.
• Organize and conduct activities to assure safe, cost-effective, on-time operating performance.
• Tracks and reports sign-in/sign-out times, assures routes are timely, and communicates service issues to the Operations Supervisor or Terminal in Charge as appropriate.
• Dispatch Shipping drivers for shipment and deliveries.
• Review the loading orders and check availability of the containers.
• Controls and issues in and out receipts.
• Input the dispatched material or containers Data on the system.
• Submit the required daily, weekly and yearly operational reports as per the company management requests.
• Meet customer and company KPI’s and SLA’s on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
• Participate in Spark Program and generate any ideas to enhance the operations.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Demonstrates safety leadership by always performing work tasks as a role model for safe behavior and demonstrates practical knowledge of the Instructions procedures of operation.

• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
