Operation Planner
Qualifications:
- Graduated with a scientific degree in business administration or related fields.
- Minimum experience of 2 years as a planning role in logistics, dispatching, fmgc, or industries.
- Familiarity to work with, or past occupation with shipping, transport and logistics.
- Ability to work with computer; Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Experience at couple and uncouple trailers, connecting or disconnecting air and electrical lines
Responsibilities:
- Track, identify, record and monitor the production plan, the equipment availability and empty containers following the production plan and delivery forecast.
- Plan the movements of transport from yard terminals to another and per the planned orders and demand.
- Report and provide feedback, as desired, by the direct manager about current status, what is achieved, and what is planned.
- Follow the production and machinery availability demands from production and shipping.
- Record, update, and maintain records and tracking of the production drumming and packing activities by using ERP /SAP System or any other methods, received from the clients.
- Provide a daily reporting of the allocation of equipment machinery and product as per ETA-wise and as per daily loading plan.
- Ensures that all production and shipping requirements area allocated for each and every order at once.
- Prepare production packing and drumming request which is submitted, to the Supervisor or any other responsible team member, on duty and at the end of shift.
- Prepare report of all activities and send all the report to the BU manager and supervisors or any responsible team member.
- Provide instructions to operational crew or any other operators on the procedure as to operate the equipment
Requirements:

- Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
- NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
- PEOS certificate
- Vax Certificate
