Maintenance Planner

Qualifications:

Technical diploma or equivalent certificate.

2-4 years’ experience in operational maintenance.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance/Material Planner plans, coordinates and schedules upcoming maintenance work in his area of responsibility including collecting of spare parts required.

Plans preventive / predictive maintenance

Evaluates and supports breakdown maintenance

Ensures efficient resource utilization, material and resource availability, and equipment and plant are handover from operations to maintenance team.

Collecting the spare parts from the suppliers and delivering the breakdown equipment’s to the vendor premises.

Writing report and documentation to the Bagging Supervisor.

Practice good housekeeping and SSHEQ procedures

Ensures subcontracted resources are available

Interacts with engineers to improve reliability

Coordination with Client for improvement of production efficiency

Schedules set of planned orders in a time bucket

Ensures planned work gets executed per conformance

Records deferred tasks and evaluate requirements for efficient re-planning

Monitors spare parts availability, maintains damaged parts and prepares a list for the required parts and coordinate with the workshop for providing it.

Requirements:

Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)

NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)

Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)

PEOS certificate
