Instrument Technician

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Performing and conducting daily maintenance; troubleshoot, diagnose, disassemble, inspect, and Design System Layout & General Arrangement drawing diagram, Instrument Specification P&ID.
• Specify and order required repair parts and supplies.
• Ensure process operation running well by monitoring daily process trend, reviewing the daily operating report, and keep good discussing with operational department.
• Ensure product quality of process streams meets specification by doing calibration for instrument devices according to ISO calibration schedule, and maintain instrument devices.
• Developing control system applied for highest efficiency and capability to support continues production with zero breakdowns.
• Handling project and Commissioning Upgrades PLC to Siemens S7.Covering: Design System Layout & General Arrangement drawing diagram, Instrument Specification P&ID, Loop Sheet, PLC Cabinet Design, PLC I-O List, Cable List, Bill of Material etc.
• Writing report and documentation to Manager of Instrumentation.
• Conduct weekly SSHEQ & preventive maintenance checkup.
• Practice good housekeeping and SSHEQ procedures
• Submits maintenance daily report to the operations supervisor.
• Monitors spare parts availability, maintains damaged parts and prepares a list for the required parts and coordinate with the workshop for providing it.
• Coordinates with the workshop for repairing the difficult damages which he can’t do himself.
• Record all activities on proper forms.
• Demonstrates safety leadership by always performing work tasks as a role model for safe behavior and demonstrates practical knowledge of the Tenets of Operation.

• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
