Workshop Foreman

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the quality of service and repair work carried out by the team.
  • Responsible for conducting both in-progress and final quality check of vehicles.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of technicians workshop time recording.
  • Responsible for on-the-job training of apprentices/ technician.
  • Responsible for liaison with CSA on service/ repair relate matters.
  • Responsible for supporting CSA on test drive and service related matters.
  • Responsible for the use, maintenance and proper condition of diagnostic equipments, special tools and workshop facilities.
  • Responsible for work place safety, good order and tidiness in the workshop and the discipline of staff under his care.
  • Organize and supervise the team technicians to achieve best possible service quality and execute all jobs according to the repair order.
  • Ensure that daily / weekly repair order for the technicians are properly stamped in and out.

Requirements:

  • Detailed Resume with job description/duties & responsibilities
  • Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
  • NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
  • Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
  • PEOS certificate
  • Vax Certificate
