Material Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS office software.
  • Proficient in supply chain E-Business (SAP, WMS & PHLMS)
  • Good People skills to communicate and interact with other people within the team.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for counting all physical inventories, reconciling computer data with the physical count results taken and reporting errors found.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times.
  • Work in cooperation and jointly to provide quality service
  • Manage inventory related issues
  • Coordinate with warehouse coordinator / supervisor to rectify any discrepancies between physical and system counts
  • Responsible for an annual inventory as per customer requirement
  • Checking all documents related to warehousing

Requirements:

  • Detailed Resume with job description/duties & responsibilities
  • Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
  • NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
  • Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
  • PEOS certificate
  • Vax Certificate
