Medical Technologist

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present test results clearly.
• Must provide a certificate of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Analyze and interpret test results accurately.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment properly and safely.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of tests and results.
• Communicate findings effectively with healthcare teams and other medical staff.
• Assist in troubleshooting laboratory issues and maintaining inventory of lab supplies.
