GYM COACH ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

• Female only
• 24 -40 years of age only
• Basic understanding of exercise science and proper form.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact positively with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with exercise form and technique during workouts.
• Spotting clients during weightlifting exercises.
• Providing modifications for exercises based on individual needs and limitations.
• Answering basic fitness questions from clients.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym equipment and workout areas.
• Checking equipment for damage and reporting issues.
• Enforcing gym policies and safety guidelines.
• Setting up exercise stations and equipment for training sessions.
• Monitoring client progress and providing feedback to the head coach.
• Assisting with the creation of personalized workout plans under the guidance of the head coach.
• Scheduling appointments and managing client records.

• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
