BUS DRIVER

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have passports
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
• Candidate must have a driver’s license
• Must adhere to traffic laws and company regulations while driving and maintain a smooth, safe ride.
• Ensures cleanliness and orderliness within the bus throughout the shift.
• Monitors road conditions and traffic, adjusting routes as needed and reporting issues to dispatch or authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting pre-trip inspections, verifying bus readiness, and ensuring all safety equipment is functional.
• Operate the bus according to scheduled routes and timeframes.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers throughout the journey.
• Adhere to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collect fares or verify passenger tickets.
• Inspect the bus before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working condition
• Communicate with dispatch and other drivers as needed to coordinate routes and schedules
• Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical problems to the appropriate authorities
