Aluminum Cutting Saw Machine Operator

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Meet the production schedules within scheduled requirements
  • Sets up and operates Aluminum double head saw machine, Load/Unload material to/from machine
  • Installs saw blade and sets blade tension and cutting speed for specified operation
  • Sets saw blade angle to obtain desired angle cuts as per fabrication orders
  • Turns valve to start flow of coolant against cutting area
  • Notifies Machining Team Leader of equipment malfunctions maintenance request
  • Assures compliance with all safety and production practices
  • Ensures an excellent housekeeping environment by maintaining a clean and safe workplace
    (Strict 5S regulations)
  • Make sure that the material is being received as per bill of material comp
