SSW – BUILDING CLEANER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Completed 3 years in Technical Intern Trainee for BUILDING CLEANING and have passed the Prometric for BUILDING CLEANING

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and an inviting environment throughout the building.
• Regular cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep of common areas, offices, restrooms, and sometimes exterior spaces.
• The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and sanitation protocols, and a commitment to providing a clean, pleasant space for building occupants and visitors.

Requirements:

• Updated resume
• Passport (photocopy & original)
• Local civil registrar copy – form 1a or 102(photocopy & original)
• Latest PSA married certificate (if married)(photocopy & original) 6pcs. Latest 2×2 id pictures (with white background in formal attire)
• If holder of valid driver’s license (photocopy)
• Latest NBI (color light blue) (photocopy & original)
• High school diploma / college diploma (photocopy)
• Certificate of employment (COE) (photocopy & original)
• PEOS certificate and e-registration
• One (1) long expanding brown envelope
