Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Determine the size and weight of the objects to be moved and select the appropriate equipment
• Assemble temporary structures like scaffolding, or erect structural steel on buildings
• Attach sling equipment to loads, and lift, position, and bolt components
• Install, operate, and maintain cables, ropes, pulleys, and winches
• Conduct safety inspections on equipment and gear, and ensure work meets standards
• Signal workers operating cranes or other equipment, and communicate effectively with crane operators
