E-Commerce Manager / Social Media Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, CRM software, and social media management tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret web metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Strong creative and communication skills to effectively craft messages and engage audiences

Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Management
• Website Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, content updates, and order fulfillment processes
• Platform Optimization: Continuously optimize the website for improved user experience, speed, and conversion rates. Implement and refine SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings.
• Sales Strategy o Payment and Security
• Social Media Management – Strategy Development . Content Creation. Community Engagement. Influencer Collaborations
• Integrated Marketing – Campaign Management. Email Marketing. Promotions and Discounts
• Customer Experience and Feedback – Feed back loops
