- 25-40 years old
- Should have at least 5 yrs experience in the field of facility management/ building maintenance.
- Must have Diploma/TOR
- Must have at least vocational NCII/ Tesda certificate of the given skills.
- Capable to handle multi-national work force
- Resourceful and energetic
