Qualifications:
- With a minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience in 4 to 5-star Hotels or modern Fine Dining hot & cold fusion sushi restaurants.
- Should have a degree in culinary arts.
- Must have Certificates of Employment and pertinent TESDA NC II Training or Trade Test Certificates to support the above work experience requirements.
- Relevant experience in authentic Japanese cuisine & Japanese fusion dishes.
- Food Safety Training Certificate (ISO022000 preferred)
- Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
- Create a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish.
- Culinary diploma from an accredited school
- Ability to work both fast and accurately while under pressure during peak times
- Pre-opening of high-volume operations is an advantage
- Hands-on, cuisine-oriented primary skill set
- Good understanding of food cost, calculation and management
- Quality management and quality control
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Good command of English communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Newly renewed passport
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary starts at Php 62,000.00 net monthly.
• 48 Work Hours per week.
• Accommodation will be provided.
• Nine (9) months contract per year, renewable up to 5 years.
