Mechanical Auto Foreman

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Have a minimum 8-15 years of experience in Oil & gas Industry & related certifications shall be provided.
• To be provided related TPI Certificates & experience letters.
• Knowledge in Arabic language (Read and speak) to convey requirement in Govt Ofc.
• Preferable PTW Certification and H2S certificates from safety team.
• To be ensured the knowledge in computer literate and preferably MS Office and SAP

Responsibilities:

• Dedicated Mobile & Electrical Lifting Equipment’s Maintenance Technicians, experience in Oil &Gas industry, experience in conducting repairs, diagnoses cause of problems & take corrective action to resolve issue to make equipment in working condition.
• To be ensured the knowledge in Bi-annual Inspection attended and conducted of Visual Inspection, Load testing, Color coding of Rigging, lifting equipment and Rigging gears, as per the standards and procedures.
• To be ensured the knowledge in maintain the records repairs, other consumption of consumable’s parts including lubricants, tires, filters, Batteries, Fire extinguisher and parts used for the servicing of heavy equipment and maintain related warranty and guaranty reports.
• To be carried out all type of Lifting Equipment’s (Mobile and Electrical) maintenance and Perform Service, repair of a variety of Heavy Equipment, Lifting Equipment, Automotive equipment such as Forklift, Mobile & Gantry Crane, Winches, Hydraulic Lifting Equipment, Generator, Welding Machines, Air compressor maintenance equipment, Tools & tackles and other special purpose or types of Lifting equipment’s.
• Determines Heavy Equipment & Lifting Equipment condition by conducting visual inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and damage parts.
• To be Preformed the disassembly and assembly of Engines, Transmission, Gear box, Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic Pump and hoses be able good written and verbal communication skills, ability to give clear direction to support staff and field personnel
• To be prepared as per the site requirements the PTW and follow for further approval and to be ensured that all the work performed safely as per the PTW precaution and guidelines
• To be ensured the required Safety TBT to be done and take all the concern team signatures, before the execute the job and maintain the record.
• Preferable for Rigging Supervisor knowledge, to do the site visit to select right rigging tools and to provide the equipment’s to Rigging team.
• To prepare the required JHA job hazard analysis report related Lifting and Rigging equipment’s safety assessment, to meet as per safety standards and procedures.
• To be ensured the after job completion, concern site area housekeeping to be done by all safety manner and safety procedures.
• To be ensured the proper information and communication provide time to time to Heavy Equipment supervisor to manage the further schedules.
• Ability to keep maintain records of preventative and corrective maintenance repairs proper records of all Heavy Equipment, rigging tools, Crane & Lifting Equipment, Inform to the Heavy Equipment supervisor for any new requirement or replacement of Spare parts, tools and consumables repaired along with time spent on such equipment for future reference
