Sales Manager (Apparel Industry)

Qualifications:

• Female applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Strong Leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Passion for luxury fashion and keen eye for detail in product presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic resort environment, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to duty on time and ensure consistent attendance, including evening shifts
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times
• Train and supervise boutique staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Foster a positive working environment where teamwork, professionalism, and excellence are valued
