SENIOR ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 3 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Managing design projects from concept developments through completion.
• Developing and representing project proposal.
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the clients needs.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Managing projects teams and collaborating with other construction professionals

Requirements:

• Valid passport ( 2 years validity)
• Updated resume
• Certificate of Employment
• PEOS and EREG
