SITE ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• 5-10 years experience in the same position needed for this role.
• Highly experienced Architect who has a wide background in finishing and fit-outs
• Proficiency in architectural design and detailing with a specific emphasis on finishing materials, techniques, and standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques related to interior and exterior finishes, including flooring, wall treatments, ceilings, and joinery

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Sketches And Blueprints
• Design Drawings And Specifications
• Meet With Clients To Identify Requirements
• Ensure Compliant With Design And Specifications
