PLASTERER

Qualifications:

• 25 years old & above
• Fit to work
• At least one (1) year of vocational training or college is preferred
• With relevant and continuous work experience in the past five (5) years is a must
• Overseas experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• A strong understanding of different plaster types (e.g., gypsum plaster, render) and their properties, including setting times, mixing ratios, and appropriate applications for various surfaces (walls, ceilings, different materials like brick or concrete).
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations governing plastering work, ensuring constructions comply with safety and quality standards.
• Knowledge of different wall and ceiling substrates (e.g., brick, stud walls) and how to prepare them for plaster application to ensure proper adhesion and a smooth finish.

• Birth Certificate
• Employment Certificates
• School Credentials (Diploma, Transcript of Records, Form 137)
• Certifications (Vocational, TESDA, IELTS)
• Seminar and Training Certificates
• Licenses (Driver’s, PRC)
• NBI Clearance (can be to follow)
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
• Police Clearance (In all overseas country you worked for at least 12 months)
• Pay Slip (previous employer up to present)
