Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for food preparation and cooking duties whilst ensuring a consistently of high quality food products and service.
• Conduct food preparation and cooking duties ensuring all items are prepared at quality standards.
• Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent internal service and to promote a positive working environment
• Adapt to guests’ dietary needs and requests, Mentor and motivate Apprentices ensure all items are prepared in line with the menu
