Qualifications:

  • Male applicants
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Have experience in (O&M) Operations and Maintenance Projects.
  • Perform a variety of task such as carpentry, masonry, painting, installing ceramic tiles, wood, glass, marble tiles, repair and replaces, defective building, household, electrical/mechanical equipment parts

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lay out work in accordance with drawing and sketches. Ensures ready availability of hand tool.
  • Provides report on work progress as and when required.
  • Ensures safety guidelines/instructions are followed.
  • Clean facilities regularly, regularly perform maintenance jobs and repairs, regularly perform assigned task by Foreman/Supervisor.
  • Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed.
  • Fill gaps and provide painting services, appliance installation and carpentry.
