QC INSPECTOR PAINTING

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Must have experience in Oil and Gas Experience in Abroad / Gulf Region.
• HOLDING NACE LEVEL 1 / CSWIP BGAS GRADE 2

Responsibilities:

• Checks and records atmospheric conditions prior to starting of painting operations.
• Carries out wet and dry film thickness checks. Monitors observations of the correct coding cycles.
• Verifies the correct colour-coding and painting. Verify the Cleanliness of surface area.
• Inspection of all incoming materials related to Blasting & Painting activities. temperature and recording it in log books.
• Verification of Batch Certificates of Abrasives & Paints, Calibration certificates of all Instruments / Equipment.
