SPA ATTENDANT
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable about all Spa service treatments offered seasonal treatment promotions
- Understands the basics of the spa menu and products in order to communicate knowledgably with guests
- Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to maintain the facility and prepare for special events
- Having excellent working knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures
- Assist Members or Guests with use of sauna, steam, whirlpool To execute the standard of the Spa in the set-up of amenities and decor
- Responsible for the upkeep of spa locker rooms the replenishment of items available to guests utilizing the spa
- Educates guests about individual skin care needs
- Positive attitude, service passion, & attention to detail
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience
