ASST. F&B MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Female applicants
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Must have experience in hotel industry.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Always conduct business honestly and fairly Manage time and pay attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with other staff members.
- Relevant training and/or certifications may be required or beneficial.
- Display a positive attitude, even under pressure
- Exemplify the culture of authentic hospitality
- Be aware and attentive to guest needs
- Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Overseeing daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Managing inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Developing and implementing training programs for F&B staff.
- Conducting meetings with clients to determine arrangements for events.
- Educates guests about individual skin care needs
- Positive attitude, service passion, & attention to detail
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience
