ELECTRICIAN (Pasta Manufacturing)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants
  • Minimum of 8 years work experience
  • Food Manufacturing Industry – MUST in PASTA manufacturing Industry
  • Electrical Diploma or Higher
  • Can speak and Write English
  • MUST in Pasta Manufacturing Industry – FAVA & PAVAN machinery experience is a PLUS

Responsibilities:

  • Executive the assigned maintenance order with right quality and timely to give actual reliability in FAVA, Braibani and sircem
  • Participate in breakdowns notifications, ensure accurate and correct details are filled in notification, breakdown orders. Participation in the RCA if required
  • Achieves Zero maintenance jobs rework
  • Follow the Electrical Team leader priorities if there are multiple breakdowns
  • Read and Troubleshooting of equipment drawing and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
  • Complies with all QA/Safety standards and procedures
  • Complies with line housekeeping (5S) of Maintenance workshop standards and shop floor (5G) lead by operation team leader
  • Support AM team by applying defect elimination system and processes via OPLs & KAIZEN
  • Participate in action plan ‘CA/PA” & TBM orders completion, permits, audits, tours & safety finding progress
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
  • Support the production wheel works to achieve the satisfaction of the team leader during the shift
  • Perform electrical jobs with lead role in the shift & support mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machine Document the shift activities at the end of shift
  • Ensure to achieve the targets MPSA and achieve
