Qualifications
- Male Applicants
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience
Responsibilities
- Perform heating and cooling load calculations and determine airflow requirements, identifying the sizes of air handling units or chiller and boilers.
- Ensure good housekeeping practice is maintained for whole plant and compound on daily basis.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Oversees a team of HVAC service engineers , supporting them in their work installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC units and systems.
- Monitors all equipment to keep the equipment in good working order and to prevent breakdowns and equipment downtime.
- Conserve, install and recycle CFC and HCFC (Chlorofluorocarbon family) refrigerants, including records of refrigerant release.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including automation, electronic and mechanical components.
- Experience with all types of HVAC including Heat Recovery, CAV/VAV systems, AHU & FCU Systems, Packaged Units, Splits, Evaporative Coolers
