FACTORY TECHNICIAN

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting minor and major issues in industrial mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ready to acquire training on machine setting, equipment maintenance, production supervision, quality assurance.
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems including PLC’s, motion control systems, sensors, encoders, etc.
• Willingness to collaborate with others in order to achieve success

Responsibilities

• Ensure machines and equipment are kept in satisfactory working condition and run optimally to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Repair and maintenance of all technical and production equipment.
• Supervise manual operators during production and other routine tasks.
• Reporting and Logging: – Shift Production Report – Attendance Report – Log Batch Information – Document all maintenance and repairs appropriately – Submit all reports and logs on time and/or according to schedule
• Ensure production area is kept tidy and free from obstacles.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures including safety requirements, attendance, etc.
