Graphic Designer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Associate degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of design principles and typography.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for a wide range of media, including packaging, marketing collateral, online content, and more.
• Create the brand guidelines and develop the brand identity.
• Implant the brand guidelines.
• Ensure that all design materials adhere to Bostani’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
• With cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and ideas that effectively convey our brand message.
• Generate fresh and innovative design ideas that elevate our brand and products.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
• Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality, print-ready designs.
