Audit Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance./CPA Preferred.
- At least 4 years relevant work experience in Leadership.
- A good knowledge and understanding of Government and Business systems is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience in financial auditing, accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- With excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Compute Literate.
Job Description:
- Supervise multiple engagements to deliver high quality services on time efficiently.
- Coordinate engagement management and effectively contributes to achieving revenue and profit objectives, engagement realization and the allocation of resources.
- Supervise and guide the Financial Audit Team regarding the audit procedures
- Review reports by evaluating the financial and operational records.
- Constantly evaluate and monitor the audit procedures and make them compliant with the standards outlined.
- Make recommendations for improving the operational procedures, streamlining of the auditing project by decreasing the turnaround time.
- Resolve the problems faced by the subordinates and provide appropriate solutions to promote teamwork
