Qualifications

  • BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven working experience in construction management.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes means and methods

Job Description

  • Ensure that all building projects are completed within the project timeframe as per employers’ specifications and requirements.
  • Supervise carpentry works, Installation of formworks (slab, columns, core wall and retaining wall).
  • Supervising of welding works, repairs, installation.
  • Erection of Structural Steel Section in all of the company projects.
  • Contracting of tiles setter and Installation of tiles, hallway, and comfort room.
