Omanfil International in partnership with Heaven Construction Guam, LLC is currently looking for:

Civil Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and codes, including building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Description:

  • Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility and requirements.
  • Develop project plans, designs, and specifications in accordance with client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for project execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet project deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Resolve technical issues and conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation as required.
