Hotel Supervisor
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in supervisory or managerial roles.
Job Description:
- Oversee and coordinate daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and concierge personnel.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Provide training and guidance to staff, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and adhere to hotel policies.
