Wheel Aligner (Heavy Diesel Mechanic)

Qualifications

  • Fully qualified HV Diesel Mechanic with minimum 10 years’ experience
  • Excellent English Communication, Literacy and Numeracy skills.
  • Wheel Aligning knowledge and experience with 5 years’ experience on heavy vehicles, trucks, tailers and buses.
  • Axle correcting / bending experience. Josam Cam Aligner knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description

  • Follow all instructions regarding compliance with all OH&S Regulations, Legislation & Company Policies.
  • Report any Hazards or Unsafe conditions to Supervisors.
  • Diagnosing & General mechanical repairs and servicing a wide range of vehicles.
  • Carry out wheel alignment pre-check, including steering and suspension condition and report any defects.
  • Carry out wheel alignment and make necessary adjustments to obtain desired specifications.
  • Carry out in vehicle axle bends / axle correction as required.
  • Prepare appropriate paperwork and report work carried out to Workshop Foreman for customer liaison.
