Qualifications

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 10 years work experience
• Must have a good command of English language both written and verbal
• Ten years documented international experience in 5 stars hotel or with a prominent family
• Proven experience in Middle Eastern cuisine and international cuisine (Intercontinental, French, Italian , Chinese etc.)
• Must hold diploma /certificate in Culinary arts / Cookery from a well known establishment
