MANAGER I.T.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing IT teams and projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong technical expertise across multiple IT domains, including infrastructure, networking, security, and systems administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and drive results.
• Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and emerging technologies is a plus.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and respond to IT emergencies as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the IT team, including system administrators, network engineers, help desk technicians, and other IT staff. Set clear goals, provide direction, and support professional development to maximize team effectiveness.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and storage systems. Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems to meet business
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues. Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, installations, and deployments. Develop project plans, allocate resources, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and technology partners. Negotiate contracts, oversee service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure vendors deliver high-quality products
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect our IT systems and data from cyber threats, unauthorized access, and breaches. Stay current on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging security technology
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for technology innovation, optimization, and improvement to enhance business processes and drive growth.
