HR Specialist

Qualifications

• At least 2 -3 of experience in processing manual timekeeping and payroll for 600 above employees.
• Candidate must be a bachelors degree holder in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Education, Finance or equivalent.
• High degree of computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications, advance in Excel.
• Experienced in HR and Payroll systems such as Able, Myob, etc.
• Must be results-oriented, keen to details, resourceful, hardworking, mature, and can maintain professionalism under any circumstances.
• Must have strong organization and problem-solving skills. Systematic, organized, and proficient in collaboration and delegation of duties.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

• Manages the HR and Payroll of National Workers of Building and Construction Department.
• Supports in the Recruitment Process for National Workers (Civil Department) such as Manpower Requisition,
• Sourcing & Selection, Onboarding and Separation.
• Collects, prepares and maintains new employee files, new hire requirements.
• Prepares and facilitates submission of the IRC S3 Lodgments.
• Manages the Payroll of National Workers of other Phoenix Group Companies.
• Handles the Admin and Correspondence of Building and Construction Sites.
