Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a HR Manager or similar role.

- Languages required: English and Bahasa. Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day human resource operations to ensure efficiency and deliver required standards to other business units.
- Ensure continuous improvement and implementing new HR initiatives as required.
- Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure documents such as job description, employee handbook, SOP, policies and other HR related documents are up to date.
- Ensure accurate HR database and up-to-date employee’s records.
- Mentor and supervise HR Team to ensure each team member’s work performance meet company expectations.
- Promote positive culture and working environment for the company.
- Develop strategies to develop & promote the company as an “Employer of Choice”. Recruitment
- Develop company recruitment strategies to reflect the needs of the company, market labour trends and technologies.
- Ensure the quality of recruitment process are in place and audited.
- Ensure efficient delivery of candidate’s pool, selection and appointment of staff to meet business needs.
- Responsible for Expat staff recruitment
- Develop and implement appropriate onboarding & induction programs for all business units.
- Ensure all onboarding and inductions are delivered based on company standards and requirements.
- Develop training programs based on company needs and budgets.
- Source & Recommend training programs /providers.
- Implement, coordinate and facilitate training programs.
- Ensure training programs &employee training records are adequately tracked, monitor and reported to management.
- Review all performance review are done and provide feedback to HODs and senior management
- Ensure all counseling done are adequate and a timely manner
- Provide guidance to HR Team & HODs in handling employee counseling, grievance and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure all Resignations are supported by proper paperwork and communications
- Ensure Terminations are done fairly and comply Termination Checklist are done correctly by HR Team and Payroll.
- Review exit interviews to identify areas for improvements and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and review work health and safety policies to ensure safety of all employees.
- Ensure WHS policies and procedure are adhered to by business units.
- Ensure that all work place accidents are investigated and reporting to HODs and senior management
- Ensure adequate uniform and PPE are allocated to each business units.
- Ensure records in HR department are reflected in the payroll system in finance Department.
- Ensure time attendance are accurately recorded based on profiles or rosters.
- Ensure payroll are done accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all leave accruals, entitlements and benefits are calculated and recorded correctly
- Provide and ensure a safe, clean working environment and experience for employees and guests.
- Ensure the office operations are functional smoothly
- Ensure that all working visa and working permits are handled in timely manner and kept up to date.
- Ensure that staff accommodation are allocate as per company policy
- Ensure staff accommodation are cleaned and maintained to company standard.
- Resolve any issues or staff concerns regarding staff accommodation.
- Keep abreast of latest legislations and escalate the information to senior management in timely manner.
- Any Ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
- Any other duties assigned or delegated by management.
- Work in any other locations as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
- Employment certificates
- NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
- PEOS certificate
