Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Able to use computer – inventory/design/production programs
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

Job Description:
- Prepares and plans production on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis; monitors progress against plan.
- Reviewing production schedules to determine whether they can be met by the factory’s current production capacity.
- Handling School uniform contracts.
- Effectively manage and improve the screen-printing department.
- Ensuring quality control by inspecting finished products for defects or flaws that may need to be corrected.
- Ensuring that production runs smoothly by providing guidance to employees on time management and task prioritization.
- Handling all types of production issues, section by section coordination, and ensure to provide effective solutions to avoid disruption in production cycle.
- Ensures manufacturing materials are ordered in a timely manner, supplies are of required quality, stored in optimal conditions to minimize
damages. - Update costing of all materials & overhead costs to ensure they are within budget.
- Ensures sales orders to the factory are completed in a timely manner.
- Work with design & sales team to ensure production team has continuous workflow.
- Keeps all equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Document equipment service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and record.
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions: suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending
system improvements - Arrange proper documentation of all activities of each department.
- Monitor employee performance and encourage poor performers to improve their skills while retain high performers to stay with the company.
- Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
