¥ 165,000 BASIC SALARY

Qualifications:

• Female 20-35 years old
• Prometric passer of nursing care (caregiver) skill evaluation test and nursing care (caregiver) Japanese language evaluation test
• Must be Japanese language proficiency test (JLPT) passer or Japan foundation test (JFT)

• UPDATED RESUME
• PASSPORT (Photocopy & Original)
• LOCAL CIVIL REGISTRAR COPY – FORM 1A or 102(Photocopy & Original)
• LATEST PSA MARRIED CERTIFICATE (if married)(Photocopy & Original) 6PCS. LATEST 2X2 ID PICTURES (with white background in formal attire)
• IF HOLDER OF VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE (Photocopy)
• LATEST NBI (Color light blue) (Photocopy & Original)
