SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • The Applicant must have at least 5 years work experience in sewing.
  • Knowledge on different sewing techniques, knowing how to measure, cut different fabrics, sewing fabricate custom curtains, draperies, sewing mattress, pillow and bed covers.
  • Knowledgeable on types /style of curtain and drapes
  • Knowledgeable on different type of fabric
  • Know how to operate a highspeed sewing machine.
  • Able to communicate efficiently, can speak and read English

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the smooth running of the production to maximize sales and minimize costs, be a competent leader and team player, with an eyefor an opportunity.
  • Expected to manage, train, lead and motivate employees, making sure they’re productive and efficient.
  • Responsible for maintaining stock inventory and requesting for stocks.
  • Responsible in quality control to ensure that the finished products meet the specifications and satisfaction of the clients.
  • Responsible in mending, and alteration of unsatisfactory production from staff to meet quality control.
