Qualifications

• Proven working experience as Finance Manager.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• High degree in Microsoft Office, in particular excel.
• Excellent communication skills in the English language.
• Strong basic accounting skill.
• Understand the good flow of financial and accounting systems, taxation rules and able to forecast and do budgeting for the future.
• Aviation/logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute and provide accurate departmental input during the company annual budget process.
• Ensure all reasonable expenditures are identified and accurately forecast for all reasonably foreseeable circumstances.
• Maintenance of department’s operating budget within approved funding levels and company finance policies.
• Consistent review of ongoing expenditures and identification of unbudgeted items for inclusion in future budgets.
• Supervision and mentoring of direct reports to ensure consistent and improved performance of departmental personnel.
• Build an effective team with high morale to help achieve company objectives.
• Manage Cash Flow and prepare for monthly cash flow forecasts, to monitor and to maintain cash flow plan so that it can be run properly and on schedule and according to company policy.
• Develop and document accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control.
• Arrangement of archives for hard copy data including preparation of places and making logbook data
• Liaise with external auditor for annual financial audit and follow-up the audit finding (if any).
