FARMER (Crop Farming & Facility Horticulture)

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
  • With Certificate of Employment (issued not later than 2020)
  • Physically and mentally fit to work abroad
  • Medically fit for overseas employment
  • Must be willing to undergo 3โ€“4 months of FREE Japanese Language Training

Responsibilities:

  • Perform crop farming and facility horticulture tasks
  • Assist in planting, harvesting, crop maintenance, and farm operations
  • Follow farm safety rules and work instructions
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of farm tools and facilities
