Electrical Engineer

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a petrochemical plant, including 3 years in supervisory or team leadership roles
• Proven experience in turnaround/shutdown operations, including site surveys, contractor coordination, and job inspections
• Strong background in budget preparation, planning, and cost estimation for maintenance activities, including Operating Expenses and Capital
  Expenditures
• Able to troubleshoot complex electrical issues, investigate breakdowns, and ensure repairs are aligned with safety and quality standards

Responsibilities:

• Work in close coordination with the Head of Section, participate in the annual budget preparation procedures, providing input to other Sections
  in Maintenance and Production Department.
• Initiates budget proposal, determine manpower requirements for inclusion. Prepares activity plan for the forthcoming year for incorporations in
  the overall plan.
• Prepares budget proposal for operating and capital expenditures based on the annual plan for maintenance activities.
• Carry out site survey for job estimation and job inspection.
• Inspect the contractors’ work while in progress to ensure it is being carried out in accordance with agreed terms and conditions and to the
  standards required and report any deviation.
