DDC TECHNICIAN (DIRECT DIGITAL CONTROL)
Qualifications:
- Shall have a High School and Diploma Certificate from a Vocational Training with Major Specialization in instrumentation maintenance and electric/electronic theory.
- 3 years experience in installation and maintenance of central, split & window types air-conditioning units of various makes, models & in maintaining Honeywell Building Management System.
Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for working as part of a construction and service team to start up, troubleshoot, commission and service DDC building automation systems for commercial HVAC systems.
- Must have related qualification and proven experience in HVAC Control System both electromechanical and DDC system.
- Experience in installation, commission, troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, calibrate and test electronic control systems, HVAC related fire alarm controls & other HVAC controls for DDC.
- Honeywell Building Management System (BMS).
- Able to charge gas, tests and balances units in industrial and commercial buildings.
